Strength Training is the foundation of our programming here at Elite39. We build STRONG individuals through our STRONG community. Not only does true Strength Training build physical strength and help reduce the risk of injury...in the hierarchy of training. NOTHING will get you leaner-faster than Strength Training. Our coaches will guide, instruct and inspire you in a fun, highly motivating environment that works with your busy schedule. High levels of coaching and accountability are in all of our programs. Our Strength Training Program progresses weekly (built in progressions and regressions/modifications). From semi-private sessions to group classes, we have something for everyone.

Elite39 came into life because we became frustrated with the low standards of many big box gyms where sales numbers are more important than member results, personal standards are poor and good training programs are hard to find.

So, we set out to create the solution. And we believe we did.

Elite39 is one of the very few fitness facilities whose sole focus is not on membership numbers; but on our membership results. We don't have salespeople who will twist your arm to get you signed for a "special" ending today :)...

You can experience Elite before you make a commitment. You can come in and meet with one of our fitness coaches, become a member for 14 days and see if our club is for you without commitment.

Come meet our qualified staff and decide for yourself. If we're not up to your standards, if we're not the best, then don't become a member. it's that simple!

Tyler has been the greatest cheerleader/motivator/ trainer to  show me the right moves for my body and encourage me when I didn't think I could do something. The staff is patient and really encourages you to be a better you. Elite39 has given me the personal attention i need to enhance my skills and make me a better, leaner me! Not only have I mastered burpies and push ups BUT I'm also a boss at kettle bell swings, battle ropes, planks, and TRX Rows.

The gym is small but its personal. Since joining Elite 39, I've made great friendships with other clients and the staff. People that go to the gym are friendly and encourage one another during the training session. Its not very often at a gym other members will cheerlead for one another but at Elite 39 it happens all the time! It really is a great environment to train in and I feel very lucky to be part of such a great gym!"
